The SW-1500ECO Turntable Stretch Wrapper operates as follows: after a pallet is positioned within the designated loading area by a forklift, the operator attaches the beginning of the stretch film to the pallet’s film-grip holder. By pressing the automatic start button, the machine performs the wrapping cycle based on the preset number of bottom and top wraps, as well as the configured number of up-and-down movements of the film carriage along the mast.

Once the wrapping cycle is completed, the operator manually cuts and removes the film tail from the pallet. This process is repeated each time a new pallet is placed on the turntable.

If using a forklift inside the production hall is not feasible, the floor level can be excavated to the height of the turntable so that the machine can be installed flush with the ground. In this configuration, pallets can be loaded using manual pallet jacks. Alternatively, the machine can be supplied with an optional loading ramp, allowing the use of pallet jacks without the need for floor excavation.
