How the Machine Works

The CS-26ALE performs all packaging steps automatically:

1. A dual-layer shrink film is unwound from the bottom-mounted film dispenser.

2. As the product enters the conveyor, the film layers open and wrap around the item.

3. The pneumatic L-shaped sealing and cutting blade precisely seals the film around the product.

4. The sealed pack immediately passes through the air-cooling section, stabilizing the film.

5. Finally, the product moves into the heat-shrink tunnel, producing a tight, uniform, and durable package.

This ensures high throughput, minimal operator intervention, and perfect results every cycle.
