Rotary Table Stretch Wrapping Machine – Model SW-2000PC with Pre-Stretch System

The SW-2000PC rotary table stretch wrapping machine is engineered with a 165 cm diameter turntable made of 10 mm thick steel, suitable for placing large and heavy pallets. The turntable surface height is approximately 8 cm from the ground, providing a minimal loading height that makes pallet placement significantly easier.

The up–down movement of the film carriage column, which covers the full height of the pallet, is guided by a low-friction, wear-resistant Teflon rail and carriage system.
This machine is equipped with a mechanical Pre-Stretch system, which increases pallet stability while reducing stretch film consumption by up to 150%—often eliminating the need for additional strapping.
In addition to mechanical pre-stretch, the operator can adjust the film tension electronically by changing the frequency of the pre-stretch motor during wrapping to increase load stability.

Both the turntable and film-carriage column are driven by heavy-duty steel chain transmission for durability and consistent performance.

The drive system includes a bearing assembly and rotary base, along with 20 double Teflon-coated wear-resistant rollers mounted under the turntable to ensure smooth, stable rotation under heavy loads.
The machine can be easily moved using forklift slots located on both the front and rear sides.
Additionally, the film-carriage column can be folded onto the turntable for convenient loading and transportation.
All chain mechanisms for the turntable and carriage column are accessible from outside the frame for easy adjustment and maintenance.

The SW-2000PC is coated with a textured electrostatic powder coating, baked in an industrial oven for maximum durability.
The machine is equipped with three three-phase asynchronous motors and three worm-gear gearboxes.
Film roll replacement is quick and simple, requiring only one operator to attach the film to the pallet at the start and cut it at the end of each wrapping cycle.

The control cabinet is mounted on the film-carriage column and includes all electrical components.
A PLC controller manages machine operation and monitors system faults, while an HMI touchscreen allows the operator to adjust parameters such as:

• Number of top and bottom wraps

• Number of carriage up/down cycles

• Various operational settings for easy use

The machine uses AC motor drives (inverters) for speed control.
It is equipped with motor overload protection and an EMERGENCY stop button for abnormal situations.
Upper and lower travel limits of the carriage are detected using IP54 lever-type limit switches.
A safety system is installed beneath the Pre-Stretch unit to protect both the operator and the equipment.
The machine can automatically stop in case of film breakage.
